2. Prioritization:

   Next, we create a comprehensive mock grant application to help provide clarity on your top 1-3 priorities and map out how you are going to reach them. 

3. Strategizing:

   Then, I analyze over 100 grant opportunities and narrow them down to the top 10-20 that are highly aligned with your organization, projects, and programs and that have the best chances of success.

   From there, I develop a 12-18 month roadmap of which grants to apply to and when, as well as fundraising ideas with a calendar to keep you on track.
